1. Remove oil and moisture with prep pad.
2. Choose a size for each nail by aligning the tab at the cuticle.
3. Make sure the tab is positioned at the cuticle.
4. Peel off the tab and align the nail at the cuticle.
5. Press firmly on the nail to secure and keep pressing down in a sweeping motion through the center and the edges.
6. Use the small nail file to gently smooth the tip.

1. Use the wooden stick to gently lift the nail at the bottom corner near the cuticle.
2. Keep lifting gently until the nail pops off.
3. Peel off any excess glue and wash hands.

Select a size that is slightly smaller than your natural nail.
1. Start with clean, dry hands. Shape your toenails and push back the cuticles.
2. Select the correct size by folding the strip over your natural nail to measure.
3. Carefully peel the strip from the plastic.
4. Place the strip close to your cuticle and press firmly over the nail.
5. Bend the excess strip tightly over the edge of the nail.
6. Use the nail file to gently remove the excess strip, filing in one direction only.
1. Gently lift and peel the strip from the nail in a sideways motion.
2. Peel off any excess glue and wash hands.
IMPORTANT: Don’t pull off the strip with force or in one quick motion.
For a smooth edge, file in short motions in one direction only.
